  At Blau Construction we have over 20 years of experience in the construction field. We opened our doors in 2008 starting very small with only a few employees doing mowing services, handyman work. within a year we started doing remodeling, and by the 3rd year we added concrete work, painting and fencing. We bring not only experience with us but a uniqueness as we treat all our employees, and our clients like family, we also bring a different kind of service, we won't charge you interest fees or 10%-35% of total cost to bill when we finish.. We are a company that is not out to get rich or famous, but to do what we love doing at affordable prices that our clients can afford. We know how difficult it can be to get a job done but having to pay high cost to contractors. 

 

  What we are is  a labor contracting services. We charge only for our services not for the materials. We ask our clients to supply the materials and we do the labor. By doing this it saves up to 25% to our clients, plus we save another 15% on our labor cost. We can give you estimates on what the materials would cost and the quantity, our clients either order the materials and have it delivered or we can pick it up, with no extra cost.
